The perfect giveaway for trade fairs and events

Although the term “order pad” may be somewhat misleading, these pads are also ideal for trade fairs and other events. For example, you can distribute them as giveaways to potential customers, who can then use them to make notes about your products. Or you can distribute order pads with forms in your corporate design, so your customers can use them for their own notes. You can design the pads however you wish and can add further effects, e.g. by printing in special colours. Possible options for promotional gifts include pads for classic card games, or you can print them with tables for “shopping lists”.

Handy format

First and foremost, an order pad needs to be a hand size and not take up too much space. That’s why we offer you pads in 70 x 140-mm format, allowing you to choose between 25 or 50 sheets. The order pads are glued at the top and feature grey cardboard backing for added strength. They are printed in portrait format only.

Printer-friendly paper for subsequent processing

We print your order pads on bright white offset paper suitable to use in copiers and laser printers. This is practical if you wish to print out invoices for your customers. Environmentally conscious customers can choose bright white premium recycled paper with a grammage of 80 gsm. It bears the “Blue Angel” environmental seal and is FSC-certified. With a grammage of 90 gsm, the high-quality offset paper is somewhat more robust.

A variety of printing options for your order pads

Regardless of which paper you choose, you have access to various printing options. We print order pads single-sided only. In addition to the classic black and CMYK printing processes, we also offer special colours, plus gold and silver. With Pantone, you can choose from various special colours. Gold, silver and Pantone can each be combined with black-and-white or CMYK four-colour printing. You may like to add your logo or the name and address of your dining establishment in the header. Special colours work perfectly here, while tables or forms are classically kept black. Individual elements within the tables, like boxes for prices or table numbers, can equally be printed in colour, making the pad clearer and easier to read. Practical: Previewing your order pads as a screenproof or paperproof

Printing.coop gives you the opportunity to order a digital or hard-copy preview of your print order for a small surcharge. Please note that either option may only be ordered once per print order. In the case of a digital screenproof, we create an image file of your print product and store it in your customer account. You can view the result on your screen, and decide whether you wish to start or modify the order. When making your selection, please note that screenproofs are not true-colour, and the colours of the finished product may differ from the original.

If you opt for a paperproof, we’ll simulate your print (CMYK and Pantone) on Epson Standard Proofing Paper using the CMYKcmkk 8-colour printing process. Please note here that, due to technical reasons, colour discrepancies may arise over large areas, which is why we recommend printing these areas in special colours (Pantone). Once we have created your paperproof, we’ll post it out to the address stored in your customer account by the next working day. Please understand that, for administrative reasons, it is not possible to send paperproofs to an alternative address.

Printing orders from batches as small as 25

At printing.coop, we print order pads from batches as low as 25, allowing even smaller dining establishments to enjoy personalised printed dining accessories without having to order huge quantities. But, thanks to modern printing processes, we can just as easily create large batches of up to 20,000 items per order. You can determine how many order pads you want by simply clicking your configuration menu. The price for printing and shipment automatically adjusts after each new selection. Format

Sizes 4.25 "x 5.25", 4.25 "x 7", 5.5 "x 8.5", 8.5 "x 7", 8.5 "x 11" and 8.5 " x 14 "are standard sizes for this type of product. Basically, it comes in a hand print in one color at your convenience (1/0) or 2 colors (2/0), stuck in 50-tablet leaves.
